Virtual Parent Support
- Once you have decided to start the intake process you will be redirected to a page regarding you and your child’s personal information.
- After completing the initial questions; you will then need to choose a focus for your Virtual Parent Support session (reducing behavior, increasing behavior, or learning about ABA).
- Once a focus is chosen, you will answer questions that will help us decide what to discuss during the session.
- After the questionnaire is complete you will be redirected to the payment screen.
- Once you have made the payment for the initial Virtual Parent Support session you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and a link to the scheduling system.
- You may choose the time and day that work best for you.
- Once you pick an appointment you will receive a confirmation email with a “Google Meet” link.
- Soon after, you will be contacted by the BCBA assigned to your case. They may request more information before the Virtual Parent Support session occurs to better help you.
- On the day you are scheduled for the Virtual Parent Support meeting, you will be contacted by the team member assigned to you using a secure, virtual platform called “Go to meeting.”
- The Virtual Parent Support consultant will review any concerns or questions you may have, as well as teach you helpful interventions that may be applicable to your specific situation.
- After the Virtual Parent Support session, you will receive a summary document, as well as any materials that apply to your specific case.
- You may choose to schedule a follow up Virtual Parent Support session to review progress or other behaviors you want to work on.
- Strategy development
- Teach general tips and tricks
- Create individualized procedures for your child
- General assessment of child regarding specific behaviors
- Could be used to increase an appropriate behavior
- Could be used to decrease a problem behavior
- Could be used to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis in general
- We cannot make any guarantees that Virtual Parent Support will increase appropriate behaviors, decrease problem behaviors, or teach you general ABA procedures. This is completely up to how you implement the procedures or what is taken away from the sessions.
- It is important to note that Virtual Parent Support is not a replacement for medically necessary ABA therapy.

- Disruptive Behaviors
- Tantrums
- The questionnaires are simple to fill out and very user friendly.
- You will be contacted by a team member no more than 2 business days after you have completed the questionnaire and chosen a schedule time slot.
- The Virtual Parent Support session will take 1 hour.
- You will receive an email containing the summary and necessary handouts no more than 1 business day following the Virtual Parent Support session.
- We can provide effective feedback regarding specific topics without having to be on a long waiting list.
- Our team is made up of experienced, Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
- The entire Virtual Parent Support process can be completed relatively quickly.
- We only promote procedures and techniques that are research-based and ethically sound.
- Our treatment package is individualized to your child.
- For Virtual Parent Support sessions we will be using a secure and private virtual platform called “Google Meet.”
- It is important to review the Google Meet instructions before attending the session to prepare for the Virtual Parent Support session.
- If there are any connectivity or technical issues during the session, we will attempt to complete the session once the technical issues have been resolved. If they cannot be resolved in a timely manner, we will reschedule the session for the remainder of time left on the session.
- Initial Session cost $325 and any Follow-Up Sessions cost $125
- Payment for the initial Virtual Parent Support session will be requested upfront before a session can be scheduled or confirmed.
- Upfront payments for initial Virtual Parent Support sessions are required because our team members will begin putting time into completing assessments regarding your case and reviewing all information provided as soon as it is assigned to them.
- “Once an appointment has been scheduled for Virtual Parent Support (VPS) services and a payment has been made, a team member begins gathering information, preparing for, and then conducting the session – Because of this, payments made are non-refundable, whether it is before or after the actual appointment has occurred. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time -After that, a new appointment will need to be scheduled and paid for.
