Administration and Leadership

Lisa Scott
Our administrator, Lisa Scott is involved in all facets of the administrative side of providing outstanding behavior services. She has been with ABA Solutions, Inc. since July 2009. Lisa is integral to ABA Solutions’ ability to provide clients with the services that make a difference to their lives.

Tracy Larson
MA, BCBA
Tracy earned her Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of the Pacific. Tracy started with ABA Solutions as a Behavior Analyst and has held positions as a behavior analyst, senior analyst, and director during her time with ABA Solutions, and currently serves as the agency’s Executive Director.

Harvey Bayliss
MA, BCBA
Harvey joined ABA Solutions in 2013 and earned his Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2016. Harvey served as the Area Director for Pasco and Hernando from 2017 until 2021 when he began working as the Assistant Executive Director.

    Carie English
    PhD, BCBA-D
    Carie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from West Virginia University. A behavior analyst since 2001, she joined ABA Solutions in 2008. Carie served as the Clinical Coordinator until 2020 when she became the Area Director for Pinellas.

    Rebecca Donnelly
    MA, BCBA
    Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She spent three years as a research assistant in the UAB: Brain, Cognition and Autism Laboratory studying biological markers in the brain that indicate an autism diagnosis. After obtaining her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida, Rebecca joined ABA Solutions in 2021 and became the Pasco/Hernando assistant director in 2022. After 3 years as assistant director Rebecca stepped in as the regional director of Hillsborough in 2025.

    Taylor Rochester
    MA, BCBA
    Taylor Rochester earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of South Florida. Taylor joined ABA Solutions as a Behavior Assistant in 2013 and became certified as a BCBA in 2017. In 2021 Taylor began serving as the Pasco/Hernando Area Director.

    Melissa Baez
    MS, BCBA
    Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Healthcare with a concentration in ABA from the University of South Florida in 2016. She completed her Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in ABA at Capella University in 2019. She joined ABA Solutions in 2016, became a BCBA in 2019, and has extensive experience conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, supervising clinicians, and collaborating across home, school, and community settings. Melissa now serves as Assistant Director for the Pasco/Hernando region, supporting clinical quality, staff development, and consistent, evidence-based service delivery.

    Kristin Dorsch
    MA, BCBA
    Kristin Dorsch earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology from the University of Florida. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselor Education at the University of Central Florida. Kristin joined ABA Solutions as a behavior analyst in 2010. Since then, she has devoted herself to the betterment of children here. She began serving as the Area Director of Central Florida in 2015.

    Sarah Samsundar
    MS, BCBA
    Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who earned her Bachelor of Science in General Psychology. She completed her Master of Arts in Special Education with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. She joined ABA Solutions in 2019 and served as the first chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. Sarah is committed to improving the lives of the children and families she works with. She began to serve as the Co-Assistant Director of Central Florida in 2024.

    Kayla Brigmond
    MS, BCBA
    Kayla received her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Business Finance from the University of North Florida. She earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2016 and shortly after becoming a behavior analyst. Kayla was the clinical supervisor in the central Florida region until 2024, when she became co-assistant director and looks forward to helping many more families in the future.

    Medea Ehrlich
    MS, BCBA
    Medea earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2001 and Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2005. She became a BCBA in 2006. Medea joined ABA Solutions in 2011 and began serving as the Area Director of the Gulf Coast Region in 2017.

    Spencer Harrington

    "Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University in 2016 and a Master of Art in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2019. After becoming a BCBA in 2019, Spencer joined ABA Solutions in 2021 and began serving as the Assistant Area Director of the Gulf Coast Region in 2023."

    Kimberly Beck
    MA, BCBA
    Kimberly earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2008. That same year, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and joined ABA Solutions. Her work has been instrumental in helping the lives of many children. Kimberly began serving as the Area Director of New Jersey in 2014.

      Maria Larrea

      Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Communication in 2018, and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021 from the University of South Florida. Maria has over 8 years of experience working with children and over 6 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Maria began working at ABA Solutions as an RBT in 2018.

      Kaitlin Sullivan
      MA, BCBA
      Kaitlin earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida in 2016 and has been with ABA Solutions since 2015. Her experience has largely focused on working within public and private school settings and training both future behavior analysts and new behavior analysts in the principles of behavior analytic service delivery.

        Meet Our DEI Chair

        Chris Sasser
        BS, RBT
        Chris has worked for ABA Solutions Inc. for over seven years and continues to assist the company in its growth. He strives to create an equitable and inclusive environment for all of his coworkers and the diverse clients the company provides services to. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Capella University and is currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue University Global. Chris is a first-generation American citizen with his paternal side of the family, who immigrated from Uruguay and is also a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Chris brings a unique perspective to our team. His personal and professional experiences have equipped him to take on DEI tasks and provide valuable resources for our company.
